My hair is a nightmare to shop for. Even those damn haircare "quizzes" sites give you are not helpful cause I have all the concerns, shampoolbrandpromisingmiracles.com, thanks. ALL the concerns. Long rant deleted: my hair is a combination of contradictions that are impossible to deal with/a living nightmare. This brand (and this product especially) are seriously amazing. Read on if you wanna kill some time.My hair has gone from literally taking over an HOUR to brush (sometimes 90 min to over 2 hours), my scalp is no longer itchy (probably because I naturally avoid wrestling with my hair for such a long time so it doesn't get all massaged or whatnot) and my ridiculously dry, "give me half the bottle of nice conditioner at once" hair is now a lot softer, shinier, and less frizzy. And, more than 5? uses later I still have half the bottle left. So even though it's crazy expensive, it's "cheaper" (for me!) than the other stuff I've tried that came close to being helpful.If you're at your wits end and can afford a pretty pricey bottle of hair goop, give this a shot. It's wonderful with scalp issues especially, but also dryness and dullness (and to an extent tangle issues) and you start to see results really quickly (or I'm really susceptible to the placebo effect, but only with this brand, who knows?)I'd especially recommend it if you've got fine hair that is an absolute nightmare and has 20 competing minds of its own (none of which agree with yours), that literally tangles as you brush it because it WANTS you to be insane, and you'd like to win the war, stick this in your arsenal. It's pricey but it's better than spending years searching for other stuff that also costs money but doesn't work. Incredibly helpful with scalp, softness, shine, and detangling. Seems like this brand really values the actual health of your hair, but does so while still bringing the big guns (and, not gonna lie, some luxury). Honestly this product was so amazing, I went and bought some more things from her line and wish I'd found it sooner.Oh and it smells nice, without being overpowering at all. It might linger more if you heat style, but I don't do that because I fear the rebellion that might ensue.
