I was very surprised that the player was shipped in a metal container. I have never had anything packaged so securely.Construction of the player is really solid. Metal case with a solid feel on the buttons.I have had 4 different players over the years and this is the best hands down. Sound is clear and strong. The equalizer feature really gives a wide range of results for different music.It has better features than any player I have seen.If there is a down side it is the control panel. I quickly got used to that.This is a high quality player that I would recommend to anyone.

This mp3 is great! I had no issues transferring music from another old mp3 and droid phone. The screen is a decent size and the control buttons work very well. Control buttons are like a touch screen and simple to use. I used the recorder during a training course from approx 25 feet away from the instructor and sound quality was perfect. Battery has lasted for the last couple days with some juice left. Took it for a jog and and had no issues using the controls with one hand. Very happy with this device and hope it lasts years.

This is a great MP3 player for the price. It came with a full charge. Plugged it into the USB on my MAC and it showed right up on the desk top. Drag and dropped the audio files in and it was good to go. It seems very solidly built. I like the EQ on it. My only negative comment is that the unit is not as user friendly as it could be. The user interface is a little confusing and I cant seem to find an arm strap to use it at the gym. But I’m very happy with the purchase.

This unit feels sturdy, but came with no protective cover, case, or earphones. The screen resolution is very low. Bluetooth connection is very poor even at close proximity (1-3 ft). Many, many breaks and gaps in the music. The first 2-4 seconds of every song I downloaded to the player fails to sound, so each and every song sounds short circuited at the beginning. The sound is just OK, and it does upload songs very fast. I would not purchase this unit again. I contacted the seller and no offer of replacing or repairing the unit was offered. The company seems to desire customer satisfaction, but as we all know, “Talk is Cheap.” A company must first of all possess a good reliable product, and be willing to 100% back that product for performance and satisfaction. Very disappointed with this “little player” as the owner calls it. “Little” in performance is correct.

It's a light weight, compact, and easily fits in my pocket. It's durable. I'm able to play my favorite songs, do quality recordings, read e-books, and watch videos. It's user friendly. Easy to follow instructions for set-up. A great product over-all.

Bought this is Sept. 2018 and used it about three or four times a month. Sounded great, battery held up good and then BAM! just stopped working. Had a full battery charge but mid song it shut off and could turn it back on. Plugged it back into the computer and nothing. Device does not even show. Too bad, was great while it lasted. One star just went to five stars... messaged the vendor with the above information and boom! no questions asked, a new one was shipped to me. Awesome customer service!

As soon as you buy this player, plug it in and format it and the memory chip. That will get it to work. The sound quality is better than I expected. It is easy to navigate. The shuffle function works great. A lot of these Chinese made players' version of shuffle is a set sequence that plays the same songs over and over. This one actually goes throughout the list. This player is metal cased and heavy. I think it is mostly battery, because I haven't recharged it much. I used it 90 minutes a day and it wasn't until Day 21 of using it that it got down to 25% power. It is not a touch screen, but the controls are soft touch. I wish it had indentations or dots, so I could use it without taking my off the road. My complaints are it fades to black too soon (not giving me a chance to read title) and the time and title don't scroll. They'll freeze. Also, I wish the on/off button was a slider. To turn it off, you hold down a button. If you don't hold it down just right, it just restarts, not turns off.All in all, a good player for the money.

I got the mp3 player very rapidly. This is a truly versatile item. all functions work perfectly. I was happy to see that it operates not only with mp3, but with wma. I plan to give this device as a gift to some friends.
