Heavenly
The consistency of this "stuff" isn't solid. It's almost loose and granular in oil. Which suits me down to the ground, it can make a bowl of plain pasta very interesting. I have also dropped a couple of tea spoonfuls into my virgin olive oil to drizzle with.Magical stuff.This morning I put a small amount in my scrambled eggs as I was cooking. Utterly lovely.Will buy again. A magical ingredient.

Interesting culinary item, versatile and easy to digest. Truffles are different from mushrooms. Truffles grow by trees while mushrooms grow where there is rott. Thanks!!

Received broken bottle, all oil come out and it can't return.
