Its overall fair....it recorded really really well, good quality video and pics....I dont believe the on stand by time is what they say it is. the only downfall it has is that the record butten is down inside the pocket or down inside where I put it and starting the video recorder is a real pain. Stupid place for the record button...but it does what it's designed to do well. Just a real inconvenient place for the record button.

So I just received this camera, video recorder, night vision, playback for everything. I love the style because its like a remote control but it has a clip. Its like the picture and it is fully protected with a rubber cover. I wanted a camera that looked like a cell phone or a remote control. Picture the amazon fire stick remote control. That size with rubber around it and a clip. So that was what first drew me to the purchase.Second, I wanted a display screen so I can play back the video or look at the pictures. I wanted the wifi, and I wanted something simple.So is it simple. uhhh Kinda. So you have to remember what each button means. The instruction pamphlet doesn't have a key telling you all the buttons. However it does have an email address for you to get assistance if you have problems and it has a one year guarantee but you can buy the warranty which is 3 yrs. I kinda offers it to you on amazon. Not sure if it will be needed because I only had this for one day thus far.It doesn't come with the little SIM card or SD card so you have to buy one because you need it for the camera mode. So you have to buy it. You can't use camera without SD chip so get the chip.1st button is the on button, and if you hit it again it is the night vision. If you hold the on/off button it turns off and says good-bye. Turning on it says welcome.2nd button is the M which is the mode. This has three modes: video recording, photo camera and playback either video/show photo as you scroll through your playback..3rd button looks like 3 or 4 lines. These lines mean detail. Depending what mode you are on, you can go into settings, Playback mode you can delete photo(s) or video (s), Camera mode you can change color, sharpness etc, Recording mode, you can change resolution etc. Note that I said you can only delete with playback mode and not in the camera or recording video mode. I had to figure that out and I was a little confused at first.4th button looks like a play or pause button. Ultimately this is the ok button or the take camera shot button or the start and stop recording button. This button is to be used when you are in any mode as the ok when you want to make a selection.5th and 6th button is the left and right arrow respectively. This allows you to move about you selections when you want to pick items from the setting mode or the 4 line button mode.So far everything works well. I didn't try the wifi but that is ok too. I would like to use this camera for traveling because I have an old phone and no storage, and I refuse to buy a new cell phone for 1K. So this $119 is well spent so far.All pics can be uploaded your laptop with the USB cord.

I couldn't find a phone app that would connect to unit. I couldn't connect unit to WiFi. Couldn't connect unit to computer with USB cord. Controls in poor position for turning on camera and then try to place unit on pocket or collar I kept hitting buttons unintentionally which would turn off unit. Impossible to check to see if unit is recording unless you remove it from your collar or pocket. Very frustrating to operate.

I searched so many spay cams and nothing works the way this one does!!! I’m very satisfied with it... someone in the previous reviews said “no instructions, don’t connect to WiFi/app” I say they simply didn’t know what to do because I was able to connect with app and WiFi just fine. I honestly see no issues with it. I do however agree that the record button should’ve been on the top and not on the side but again for the cam quality and results I’m looking for, this is still the best one out there!!!

It's a solid overall camera for the price with all the features you'd expect. I do have one major gripe, and that's the accessibility of the record button. It's unreliable and awkward to access in a pinch. I'd personally upgrade to something like the MIUFLY 1296P or better if you're expecting serious or rough use (i.e. Security or LEOs). Otherwise, it's a pretty decent camera for basic use.

Seriously just spent HOURS trying to figure out how to save footage to my phone from the app. Apparently, that's only an iPhone feature!! Ridiculous! Sending this back tomorrow, it's useless to not be able to work for android as well!

I went through 2 other body cameras before sticking to this one. It’s one of the best on the market for the price. Don’t waste your time with the the other cheap cams on the market.

This will get really hot; too hot to have it anywhere near your body. I sent it back
