"Il Mio Dado Funghi Porcini" Bouillon Cubes, Porcini Mushroom 10-Cubes Boxes, 10g Each Cube Pack of 2

Purchased to use in my Polish soup recipes as a base to add depth and flavor. The cubes have a nice woody fragrance. I made a vegetarian borscht this week with two of these porcini bouillons and the broth was superb. The flavor is beyond my expectations! I will definitely use this in my mushroom barley soup. These cubes are not too salty and will give your recipes a background of lovely woody mushroom flavor. I will be a return costumer and I highly recommend.

A nice, complimenting flavor. I've used in 3 dishes now with good results. And no preparation or concern of the short shelf life of mushrooms. A must have in every cook's arsenol.

The slices are good-sized with no crumbling or dust. I will use mostly in Italian recipes, spaghetti sauce and other pasta sauces and casseroles. I would order again.
