Easy to use and very effective! I sleep so much better on the nights I use it. I spray it on the bottom of my feet and rub my feet together. At first I used my hands to rub it in but it made my hands sticky. Three squirts on the bottom of each foot seems to work perfectly!

I'm not sure if this works or not. I bought my mom some also. We both have nights were it may work and then nights it doesn't seem to work.

No noticeable difference in sleep quality and cause a rash….

I have tried other magnesium sprays and oils, but this one is my favorite. I spray the bottoms of my feet before bed and I sleep like a baby.
