It works fine and is easy to use, but my six year old grand-daughter jammed the tape wheel when she used it on her own, but I was able to clear it. Would recommend it though.

Easier to make stickers yourself but .... (T~T)
I got this product as a gift. I agree with previous reviewers that the instructions on how to load the sticker tape is very vague and not detailed. But you eventually figure it out. As far as making stickers it does the job but my only reason I knocked off two β's outta the 5 β's is bcuz it wastes a lot of sticker tape. About 2" inches of sticker tape is wasted before your actual sticker part passes through. Often times the clear tape that goes on top of your image is wrinkled or not smoothly applied. A trick I learned if you wanna cut your stickers without leaving a border is to take some double-sided tape or an adhesive tape runner and cover the entire back of your sticker image then stick it onto the sticker tape. That way when you trim around the sticker without a border the sticker paper will not fall off. Overall this product does it's job although not a very good job.I highly recommend just making your own stickers with clear transparent tape like packaging tape and an adhesive sheet or just use a adhesive tape running. Print your image or item you want to turn into a sticker and tape transparent tape over the top first then place double-sided tape or adhesive tape runner on the back then trim to your liking. It's cheaper and less wasteful that this machine !

Fun if you can get it to work
My daughter just got this for her 9th birthday (she had put it on her wish list). It took several tries and at least a foot of wasted tape to get it to work, but once she got the hang of it she spent a happy afternoon playing with it, until it ran out of sticker paper and now she wants more. The trick is to get the tape and the sticker paper to line up EXACTLY -- if the angle is off even slightly it continues to get worse and very shortly jams. I wound up taking both rolls out, getting them lined up carefully, then putting the sticker paper back in, finagling the part of it not yet attached to the tape under the tabs, then putting the spool in the tape roll and setting that in place, and shoving the combined end under the roller until it all finally worked. Even then, you have to make sure you stick the little drawings you are trying to make stickers of WAY down under the tape roll (we pushed it until we could see it under the tape on the other side), or you will turn and turn and waste lots of paper before the picture finally goes where it is supposed to. All in all, I think it's more trouble than it's worth but she thinks it's great.

Waste of money and time...
It is easier on your pocket book and sanity to just go purchase [...] of stickers that your child will love. This toy infuriated me to no end and made my son cry because it kept jamming no matter how perfectly I tried to do it. Plus, as other reviewers pointed out, so much of the product is wasted for each sticker it is useless. Save yourself the heartache and do not buy this. I am sending ours out into the world on freecycle so I never have to look at it again!

so easy to operate and does not break
You would make stickers, so easy to operate and does not break, even with the little ones.

Don't buy this toy
I bought this sticker maker for my grand-daughter and it was a waste of money. First off, the pictures that they give you won't go into the machine. It took at least four times before we could get them in and even then we had to use a thicker piece of paper to jam them in. Next, the pictures slide around, so you end up wasting all the sticky backing. Lastly, it kept jamming everytime we used the paper cutter attached to the machine.

My nieces LOVED this gift - my only complaint is that they decided to use the stickers they made as bumper stickers on my car!
