I would like to use this for a cement tank that is 58 inches tall and the wall is 9-10 inches thick. Will this one work?

I believe it will work. I use it for a 48 inch deep pool but don't know if you will be able to attach deck flanges to cement wall.

Can someone tell me what the weight limit is on this ladder?

Warning label on ladder says load limit 225.

What material are the side rails?

I believe they are chrome plated alum.

What's the distance between the handles? Want to make sure the handles will reach the deck, our deck does not go over the pool edge. Thanks!

We don't own the pool anymore, but our deck did not go over the pool edge either. There was enough room that the ladder did not touch the edge of the pool, the handles easily cleared the top plates on the pool's edge, and extended at least 3 inches beyond that to where we anchored them in the deck.
