I did love it however I waited for a while before I wrote my review, been using it since June this year and loved it although the strap is rather awkward to use and takes some practise, 3 days ago the strap snapped off at the part where the strap meets the watch face on the side the bit, (the hinge bit broke away) it cannot be repaired.......I know it was cheap so maybe yet again you get what you pay forWell I have to admit I'm shocked, since I made my first comment I was contacted by the company and in less than a week they have sent me a replacement, their customer service is second to none and I cannot praise them highly enough, Monitor works 100% and still loving it....... my faith has been restored and some companies do care and this one does, thank you for all your prompt attention

1. Batteri is absolutly super quality.I have it only for basic functions and its 40 % left after 1 weeks use.2. Are the test results relaible?Well it still measure the puls and blood pressure and so forth even when the bracelet is off.It still measure after its off the wrist but not registration in the app.I will get the results from my doctor and compare it with mine.The Doc asked me where it got this bracelet after we compared results.The heartbeat was only 2 beats off.The blood pressure was 129/80 at the Doc office and the bracelet showed 129/79.This bracelet is very accurate.3. Im getting a rash from the bracelet metal buttons in the bottom. Could it beNickel in them?4. I E-mailed the support and I have to say that its the best support I have ever recived.Yes its Nickel in the buttons so its sad that i cant use it.Just a few days after I took it off the rash is gone.I got a full refund directly and I have to say that if i could give the support more then 5 stars I would.The support for this bracelet are more then accomendating to my questions and willing to help me with my inq.5. As soon as they release a bracelet without nickel I will be ordering one. :-)More updates soon.

Initially over the moon with this item, did everything o wanted & with the information I increased my excercise & fitnesss levels, reduced my heart rate & blood pressure, increased oxygen levels but strap kept coming off by screen after 2 months. Emailed company but not received any response.

Originally had problems with this bracelet, the company when I contacted them were very good and a replacement was sent quite quickly. The new one appears to be working very well and as expected. All in all very happy and would recommend you look at this product.

Product arrived quickly and well packaged and I was initially very pleased with it. It does what it should very well. It’s waterproof and has been used whilst swimming. The app is sufficient but a little dated.Unfortunately the screen has scratched within a few days when it fell from my wrist. Now after a few months of wear the fixing point for the strap has broken and become lodged in the strap. This causes the watch to fall off my wrist quite regularly. I did try to find a contact for the supplier to report this to see if they would offer any kind of replacement but was unable to contact direct. I will update the review should i receive any more contact.

The product is a very good low price fitness watch. It would be better if it would support other activities besides walkings (counting steps)Also I did not ike the fact that it displays phone calls and sms messgages notifications only 2 to 4 seconds and only when they arrive

Excellent Gizmo although a bit complicated to set up for those who are not up to date with Technology. Rather late on delivery but seller was very helpful

So far very happy with monitor. Find the bracelet clasp a bit fiddley and I don't think the BP or heart rate monitoring are accurate, but it was a reasonable price and as I say, so far I'm happy with it.
