Great Ear buds, Poor Customer Service
Great Earbuds. The only thing that took a bit getting used to, is the way you wear them. it loops around the ear and then the whole piece goes is. Some might not like this. It's a comfortable wear. Im not an audiophile. I feel like the audio is enjoyable. The clear look makes it interesting. You can see the interior parts. Comes with a great traveling case and eartips . Dropping one star because of the lack of customer service. I had a previous pair. One side stopped working. I tried contacting the company. and nothing. It was Amazon Customer Service who helped me. Definitely would recommend this ear buds.

Looks are deceiving.
It's been a long since I've owned these earphones. To start it off, the packaging was simply amazing! You would think that you were receiving a pair of high quality studio earbuds and it makes you all the more excited to open them up and give them a listen! What's more is that they come with a pair of rubber hooks that slide along the wire and go around your ear for the best support to keep the earbuds from falling out, given their size.Getting into the actual quality though, they do not sound anywhere near as good as the look. It's to be expected with the price tag, but when you take into consideration that I've gone into a ROSS store and picked up a better sound of earbuds for $7, it really makes you wonder if you're paying more for presentation than actual sound.The audio is decent, but the bass and treble that allow you to feel the impact of each instrument and the vocals, is severely lacking. Mind you that those small details are what amps me up for a workout, but because it falls flat, I'm not as stoked as I'd like to be. The only reason I have them at three stars was for cosmetic reasons, but other than that, it's just the fact they've lasted this long with mild use.

Not the most comfortable.
Are not comfortable. Already having a crackle sound in left side w only using few times a week.
