Best buy!
Although this is the least version of dyson vacuum, i still consider it as my best buy for vacuums. It has been a really big help for me. It cleans thoroughly compared to my old vacuum. I like it that it’s not complicated when you clean it specially the filter, it doesn’t tangle hair around the brush. Unlike my previous vacuum it’s really difficult to clean and the filter gets too dusty and collects alot of hair in the brush. Just buy it and see it for yourself.

Poor battery life
Using it for a couple of weeks..the battery is fully charged but the device only works for 10 mins and battery runs out...did not expect this of Dyson!!I hope someone will get in touch with me as it is under warranty

Good vacuum cleaner
The cleaning is great, but after half a year of use, the battery has become barely enough for a single cleaning. At the beginning it could last for two or even three sessions.

Battery dies after 4 months
Works great when it actually works.. stopped holding charge after 4 months, now it can only be used for 5 minutes before the battery dies again even after a full charge. So disappointed

Bad stock sold
I have only used it for two months and it is already not working properly , I wonder how a brand like Dyson be so unreliable or perhaps Amazon is selling a refurbished piece as new , feeling sorry for making this decision of buying online , do not think Amazon will offer any after sales assistance, I have a Dyson air purifier that I bought from a mall 3 years ago and it still runs fine , so I do not know why this happened to the VC
