Very good suction mount
Bought this along with a DrivePro 100 for my daughter. A 2015 Christmas gift. So far it has been working great. She has only been using it for 2 months, but says it has not fallen off the windshield once during that time. She did say it will not stay affixed to the "matrix-patterned" sun shade at the top of the windshield. Falls off after 2-3 days, but this is a reasonable expectation. Whenever I purchase a dashcam of my own, I will have one of these mounts for it.

Super light and stable
This is the perfect mount for my YiDashcam, and I don’t know why some reviews said it fell down because I’ve moved this between 2 vehicles and it stays rock solid. Make sure to carefully clean the glass and you shouldn’t have any problem.

Will probably never use the 'sticky' mount that came with the camera!
This guy works really well - I bought it for my new camera for a vacation, but have used it for a couple of months now since on the car. It doesn't leave any residue like a glue/sticky mount would, and yet hasn't detached yet in sun, cold extremes (the car has gone from below freezing to over 80 degrees inside during the period I've owned it with no issues). I'd recommend to anyone who has the camera and needs a good mount.

causing me to have to clear the memory more often than I would like.
This stand wobbles if the temperature gets too high, being in direct sunlight causes the plastic used in the suction cup to loosen and allow the base to wobble a bit. Video quality is marginally affected by this, but it does trigger many more false emergency recordings, causing me to have to clear the memory more often than I would like.

Great Suction and Lasts!
Great suction and small! This works great so far and hasn't fallen off even in the cold and heat. Wouldn't hold much weight IMO, but works wonderfully for the Transcend Dashcam!

Great item at a great price.
I have had my Transcend Dash Cam for over 2 years now and suction cup was no longer holding. The replacement is just what I needed. I remove my dash cam whenever I park the car in the sun for a few hours, so the camera doesn't get baked, and the suction cup mount gets a lot of use. I also drive in Florida where the dash gets pretty hot. Good price and just what I needed.Aug 2022 update: I go through these because of the heat in Florida so I keep a spare one on hand. Box came smashed so I opened the bag it was in to make sure it wasn’t cracked as the mount is plastic and could have been crushed. Mount appears to be unharmed.
