Our Keurig had begun to do weird things with our coffee (started tasting like water, flavored with coffee, or very bitter, or BOTH!), I realized that I had not descaled our machine since I first bought it! Okay, I know, bad move. After searching around, I decided to give this product a try. Following the instructions very carefully, once I began to rinse that product through the machine... WOW! There was so much scale & muck! I can't believe we got any coffee at all through all of that junk that was washing through the system! Once all of the rinsing was done, I reset the machine and tried a fresh cup of coffee and WOW!!! It was SO GOOD. Can't believe I waited so long to descale my machine, but SO GLAD I finally did it. I will DEFINITELY BE USING this product again.Don't wait as long as I did. You'll never believe what will come out of your machine!

Super easy to use although the directions say that you have to wear gloves while handling the product and to wash your hands immediately after using but it’s not messy at all. Also, the bottle comes with multiple uses, I think there’s enough product for 4 or 5 descale cycles so it’s worth the price.

This worked great on my Keurig, only needed a small amount and it worked very well , a lot cheaper than some others ! Recommended

I did not see any improvement after using your product 4 times.My Kurig coffee single cup machine still has not been descaled….so I am not impressed
