Sturdy and does a great job.
I use it to haul my disks while I’m playing disc golf. The edge keeps everything in place. Some of the courses are pretty rough and hilly.

Saved me $$$
This trolley has my big Jansport backpack attached. It's sturdy, and the wheels are of a good size. The wheels prevent it from tipping over. Value for money. It's easy to move around and resists rusting.

Very useful and more silent than some other plastic-only wheels trolleys
It’s really useful when walking long distances to university, not having to carry with my back a 5-8 kg (10-16 pounds) backpack with a laptop and everything. This model has a disadvantage with my university backpack. Because the trolley is so narrow at sides, when I pick up my laptop and charger from the back pocket, with all my other stuff in the front pocket, it actually tips over on the front of the backpack.Because the wheels are placed so distant from each other, it actually helps at uneven or bad concrete sidewalks for the backpack to not tip at sides, but it also occupies a lot of space at small sidewalks.I believe that it isn’t designed to climb stairs with a 8 kg (16 pounds) backpack, so I will keep carrying the trolley with the backpack by hands when climbing stairs. Maybe they should specify if it’s designed for heavy luggage when climbing stairs.I personally combine this trolley with backpack covers, for extra rain protection for my university’s laptop. I don’t believe there are backpack covers for backpacks with wheels, that’s why I searched for separate trolleys like this one.The wheels are dead silent on perfect sidewalks, almost silent on uneven or bad sidewalks and noisy when climbing stairs. If I carry with it a 8kg (16 pounds) backpack, I actually have to pull with a force equivalent to 800 grams (1.6 pounds), which is nice. If I carry a 4kg (8 pounds) backpack, I have to pull 400 grams (0.8 pounds), which feels like I carry nothing. 1 litre of water is 1 kg (2 pounds).

Not ideal for skiers & snowboarders, but will do. 🤷♀️
Love this product BUT why is it needed for backpacks? IMO this would be amazing for snowboards & skis, so people could buy bags and add this! But it kinda sucks in that the handle is so short, and the top notch for the brace is super low. Please, think about the winter sports people - could be a HUGE MARKET for you. And if/when you fo please let me know as I’ll buy it!

Lightweight solution for hauling DSLR camera gear
It is exactly as described. it is lightweight and easy to fold. the handle snaps easily into place.I am using it for hauling medium weight DSLR camera gear, which tends to get heavy. I can now haul up hills without shoulder pain from the camera backpack. The wheels a cheap plastic wheels, so will probably not last for too long on dirt and fire roads, but at this cost it is replaceable at a reasonable price. Alternative is to get larger wheel systems such as a beach trolleys if you plan to go on more sandy surfaces.

Disappointing purchase
The media could not be loaded. Not happy about this Item I received. I paid the full amount and this is what I got. It looks like it's an old/returned item that should've been disposed and not sell it to the next customer. It has scratches on the sides and dent on the rod like someone must've tried to pulled the button out. The rod won't fit the base as well. So I'm for sure returning this

Junk
Got this for a cheap disc golf cart, it works, but the wheels are tiny so steps and dirt is a challenge for it, also mounting an adult sized bag on it, is challenging, I'm using multiple gear ties and it still slides to the sides, and if not for my ryobi 18v Bluetooth speaker, to counterbalance, it would fall forward
