This coffee is very flavorful as well as mold free. These beans grind down to the perfect grind.

I don't know how this light roast coffee tastes, as I've been using it for safe, sterile, room-temp, properly prepared and administered coffee enemas to detox the liver/gallbladder. But so far I have had better results with this coffee than any other "clean" brand. So I can't complain. I'm curious to brew a cup to drink but I'm not a huge fan of light roasts so it may never happen. But it is ideal for the above described health practice for helping clear the body of gut and liver parasites, stimulate bile and glutathione production- which aids digestion, helps clear small gallstones and gall sludge, and helps the liver remove other environmental toxins like mold, heavy metals, and pesticides. (Granted, it helps to also use the appropriate toxin binders like chlorella and activated coconut charcoal amongst others. And don't forget to uptake electrolytes and probiotics to replace the ones lost during the cleanse!) Happy Healing!

the only reason I won't rebuy is that it is soooo much work to grind, and it takes a LOT to make a 12-c carafe of coffee. I'm buying ground organic from now on. Duh.

Wasnt a fan.

Coffee is weak tasting. Going back to my regular coffee that is reasonably priced.

Bought it for my daughter, and she likes it very much.
