Started drinking this supplement 3 months ago and I like it. I’ve lost 25 lbs. of course I don’t just drink this supplement to lose the weight. When used properly with an intermittent fasting regiment and the proper food consumption, you can definitely lose weight. It’s not a stand alone weight loss agent or supplement. Simply drinking this tea doesn’t make you lose the weight. And it has never been advertised as such not that I have found. If consumers think that it is, they need to do more research. The price is a little high but seeing the results I’ve seen I don’t mind the few extra $. The packets are very convenient and the tea itself tastes great. No additives like crystal light and other water additives you find on the market today. I definitely recommend this product. Very happy with it.
