Wish it was less deep
Well made, easy to clean, and the ice pack is ok, though a lot smaller than I realized. as long as your pet will eat cold food. Price seems pretty high for what you get, especially considering the cost the the MiBowl itself.I really only bought this hopping it would be a little less deep than the one that comes in the MiBowl. It sort of does, but not by much at all. My cat has a really hard time getting food from the edges at the bottom of the bowl, and it's becoming a bit of an issue. Hopefully they will make an insert for a less deep bowl.If anyone wants a cheaper alternative to the oversized tag that comes with this bowl (my cat kept getting hers stuck in the water fountain and knocking it over trying to get free), these rfid tags work and are at the time of writing this 10 for $6.89. I have 4 of these bowls now, and have 2 cats with these tags, and 2 with microchips. I use an extra tag as a 'master key' (added to all 4 bowls) for when I'm filling them.125khz key fob , access rfid tag em4100 chip for access control (pack of 10) (Mix Color)https://a.co/d/iriNgm5

Bowl doesn't secure inside the feeder and falls out
I really liked the idea of the cold pack but didn't end up using it. The few times I did use the bull it would slip right out of the feeder and the other cats would have access to it. I returned it and would rather just buy a second plastic bowl next time.
