I have both the large and small ringed chain mail scrubbers. The large ring works a bit better on extreme problems but the fine mesh is more versatile. The fine is superior for cleaning cast iron and carbon steel without damaging the seasoning, just as the large ring is. But I find it works better for daily cleaning, glass, pyrex and for cleaning the inside of jars.In addition to their usefulness, the chain mail is very easy to keep clean - just work in in your hands with a little soap, rinse and you're done.I have a buddy who uses cast iron exclusively. I got him both the large ring and fine mesh scrubber for a Christmas present. He didn't know about them, but now he is sold on them also.

I use this all the time for cleaning my wok and carbon steel pans. But it's come in handy for washing so many other things. The best thing is that it doesn't hold crud, so I love using it to clean peanut butter, mayonnaise jars, cookie dough, and anything that tends to muck up your scrubbies. And you can drop it in a jar and shake if you can't reach in to scrub.If I had to order again, I would go with the smaller size as it is quite heavy and the larger one is harder to manipulate because of this.

The product works very nicely when I use it to wash my cast iron pan.

I was told the smaller chain mail is brilliant for cleaning carbon steel pans (and cast iron) after cooking. And they were right. The quality is brilliant and it does the job so well. Just warm the pan before cleaning with some water in it (the heat and steam helps loosen any stuck on food) and then 'polish' the pan in hot water (no soap) using the chain mail. So easy. Then I dry the pan with a microfiber cloth, and heat on the hob to ensure it is dry, and apply a thin layer of oil or seasoning wax, and leave on the hob for a few minutes to let the oil bake in and create the post seasoning layer. So easy and better for the planet (than non-stick pans).

タワシだといまいち汚れが落としきれない（指で触るとざらつき、凹凸を感じる）ためステンレスタワシを使っていましたが、もっとなんか良いものないかな〜と探して発見。これ単体だとアチアチなフライパンに手が当たってしまうので、亀の子タワシ（１号）を包んでみました。25cm四方だとちと大きかったですね…20四方でよさそうです。洗い心地は非常に良好で、撫でているだけで綺麗になります。これを求めていました…素晴らしい…！品質も最高ですので、文句なく星5です。
