The product arrived in excellent condition. The price was more competitive compared to other sellers. However, the packaging protection was insufficient, as it only consisted of paper cushioning provided by Amazon. The product performed exceptionally well during daily field tests. My morning fatigue has significantly improved. Consuming alcohol once a month or so no longer causes my face to turn red. Overall, my experience with this product has been extremely positive. I never anticipated that it would have such a profound impact on my life.

This is important because it ensures that you are getting a quality product, without any contaminants, that will, in turn, provide the benefit(s) you’re looking for. Many suppliers don’t lab test so you don’t really know the potency of the product in your capsules. They also don’t use GMOs, unnecessary fillers or typical allergenic substances. There are no further instructions on whether to take this on an empty stomach or with food (I've been taking with food and have not had any noticeable issues or problems). After searching the web for an answer, I discovered there are many different opinions offered--some suggested it is better to take milk thistle with food, while others suggested it was more beneficial to take on an empty stomach. So, you'll have to either seek the advice of a medical professional, try both ways to see what works best for you, or do further research on your own.Although it is impossible to know whether I am benefiting from taking this supplement or not, I certainly hope that I am. The capsules are average size and have been easy to swallow without taste or odor.
