This item is absolutely brilliant all you do is take it out of its box and then it only takes a few seconds to pull the shelves out. It is very sturdy being made from thick planks of wood unlike the flimsy plywood shelves that you mostly get for the same amount of money.I have managed to get so many of my son's books on to this as it is spacious and the shelves can hold very big books as they are high.The big plus for me was that it needed no assembly as my toddler like to usually "help" me and this means having to find lost screws etc before I can assemble my items.

This bookshelf is a pleasure to own. It comes flat, but requires no assembly - just fold out the sides and lower the hinged shelves - so it is easy to pack away when not in use or for moving. It holds a lot of good sized and heavy books, with no bowing of the shelves, and it doesn't collapse either!It is smart enough too and could be stained a different colour, if required.I love it so much, I'm going to buy another.

Nice looking bookcase. Very easy to assemble. Looks good and takes plenty of books. Also takes up very little space. Would buy another.
