Extremely good quality and exceptional adhesive.
This was used to create a border around the cooktop stove onto granite replacing a slightly larger cooktop. Looks fantastic. Seals well super adhesive and cooktops only go about a half inch past the burner marker for heat issues.

Good stuff
I used this for the trim around peel and stick tile. It is flexible, easy to cut and looks great with the tile. The adhesive seems pretty good too, but I used Loctite as a backup. Would purchase again.
