The iron was easy to handle and could be regulated to the correct temperature.

This item was used to apply plastic covering to model aircraft. Initially it was far too hot for this use but with a plug in dimmer it could be controlled to the correct temperature. The iron was very good to handle. The product was of very sturdy construction.

Failed after 5 minutes use

The heating element failed after 5 minutes use. Checked with a multi-meter: open circuit.Also, not a UK plug. Instead a US plug and then a US to UK adaptor. The only part that may be of further use.
