Ten Acre Crisps Sweet and Sour 40 g (Pack of 18)

These crisps pack quite a good crunch and taste mildly salted. They are definitely not greasy. In fact, I feel a little underwhelmed by them because my requirement of good crisps is some level of oiliness and a strong earthy potato flavour. On the former, ten acre is sorely lacking but if you are on the look-out for a light, non-oily snack and crave some crisps, this is right up your alley. They feel like a really healthy snack.As for that potato punch I seek, they are relatively mild compared to Burt's regular salted crisp. Ten acre comes across to me like instant potato mash that has been lightly salted. Passable but not those deep fried, well-seasoned authentic spuds I seek.On the upside, I find that each crisp is a nice thickness, packs a very decent crunch in each mouthful.The packaging is great too, good quality seal, bright pretty red & compact.

This is the second time I've ordered a box of the Sweet and Sour flavour, and they taste just as great as they did the first time around. Very crispy, quite a 'strong' crisp (but easily bitten into) - like kettle chips- you know they're quality...taste is tingly, like a tinge of the sour equally fused with the sweet, these crisps are soo moreish! Arrive well packaged, so never had a case of broken pieces or damaged goods. I can easily get away with serving them in a bowl infornt of guests as they fit the 'posh crisp' label. They always get compliments and do taste very good even well after the best before date. They really do taste lovely and the texture is fab. Give them a go, you wont regret it.

Finally!!! Tasty crisps that are Dairy, Gluten and soy free!!As someone who has severe allergies and cannot risk the above ingredients and cross contamination it is lovely to be able to just grab a bag of crisps when I feel like a treat. They are delicious too and nice and crunchy!! I love the chicken and sweet and sour as well. It great to get so many varied flavours, much better taste than the well known brands.

Subtle flavour, not too strong. I personally would prefer them to be stronger. Crisps are crunchy/hard like Kettle Chips due to them being hand cooked. These are also labelled as Vegan.

Really live these crisp some of the best you can get.
