ππ ONE DUD, ONE WORKS GREAT π
UPDATED JUNE 3rd 2025:Customer service reached out to me with resolution of the problem with the purple headphones being defective. I am changing my review to reflect outstanding customer service and support because they seem to care about customer service AFTER the sale and not just before the sale like many companies seem to do these days.My husband's Khaki headphones are still working fantastic! Hopefully the purple replacement headphones that the company is sending to me will be as great as his headphones work. Thanks for caring about after-sales! I will update upon receipt and testing of the purple replacement headphones....Sadly I received a dud πI ordered 2 sets of these Picun B8 over ear headphones after reading MANY reviews, good and bad.I got the khaki/cream color for my husband and the purple for myself. Both are Picun B8 model. My husbands pair (khaki/cream) works and sounds AMAZING, especially for under $20 but my pair in purple are defective right out of the box πMine, the purple color, the sound compared to my husbands khaki/cream ones is night a day difference. His sounds great in all 3 modes (pop/bass boost/rock) and his functions all work as they're supposed to for music AND calls. However, my purple ones, they sound the same in all 3 modes, there's no difference in the sound when switching between the 3 EQ modes of pop/bass boost/rock like my husband's pair do.The function button on right side doesn't work for calls and doesn't work for volume, skip or rewind. The ONLY button that works on purple pair is the rewind "button".Both pairs of Picun B8s were bought at the exact same time and shipped in the same box. There was NO damage to the out box nor inner boxes so it's not a delivery damage issue, it's the purple ones are just defective plain and simple. If I didn't have my husbands to compare to, I would have just assumed that's what I got for under $20 but with listening and using my husbands, it's amazing at the difference since his works amazingly and sound beyond expectations.Yes I know I could do the return option and get a refund since Amazon shows the exact replacement exchange is NOT an option for this item unfortunately but I have no means to drop these off at Kohls or Staples in my city and they want $7.99 for UPS pickup service. Doesn't seem fair that I get an obvious defective item and have to pay to have the convenience of a free even exchange.I cannot find customer support information ANYWHERE on my manual or my box or I would reach out to customer service for Picun myself. I assume they want to keep all communication between the Amazon forum, which I understand, but it's just frustrating.I guess to summarize, I am not sure I could recommend these since it seems like you may get an amazing pair or a defective pair. The pair that does work, it's mind blowing how great it sounds, even during calls, the sound is fantastic and doesn't sound muffled at all. I couldn't test the call function on my purple ones since the "button" to answer calls/reject calls doesn't work. I did extensive research and tons of troubleshooting, believe me, the purple pair is just simply defective.I would definitely love an even exchange but not for the $7.99 pickup fee.I wish Picun customer service info was available either in manual or box but I do not find anything so I guess I'll toss these as they're pretty useless as they are now.

OMG! This company is from the future!
Eternal battery life?? It seems like it. And the sound... it's EPIC! These cannot be beat. I have Bose, Sennheiser, and more headphones that I used to think were the cream of the crop. I bought these on a whim, because I collect headphones in seach of perfection that I've never found... until now. This company is hellbent on perfection. And they've achieved it. The headphones have a very comfortable and soft feel on the head and against the ears. I never get that "ear-ache" from overly tight headpones. I've had these a month now, and I have to say that these are a darned near as perfect as they get. You have three different settings you can choose from in the menu by hitting the power button twice in rapid succession. The programmed voice in the headphones will tell you which setting you're on each time you choose a setting. The button is self-intuitive -- straight-forward settings for various preferences in bass. Now that I've clarified that the sound is absolutely incredible with this headset, let me tell you about the battery life: with these headphones, I can testify that this maker is from the future, and has found a way to integrate near-eternal battery life. I feel asleep after a night of of fun and drinks with friends. I woke up to find these things were still going strong in my ears 8 - 10 hours later. That's not the interesting part. What's interesting is that I'd been using these for hours and hours in the days prior. I had them sitting now for two weeks on shelf, put them on thinking, "The battery HAS to be about dead by now." Nope... just NOPE. They're currently still at 80%! I don't know how this is possible, but this company has tapped into something absolutely magical. These are also light-weight, connectivity is easy as pie, the size is just right -- not too big, and not too small. We're talking QUALITY all the way here. All the way! Mic quality is splendid. This company I chose randomly now has a SERIOUS follower with me. How lucky I am to have randomly chosen this company I've never heard of. Call it serendipity, call it luck, whatever... but get these! Just do it. I'm now waiting on a social media challege to see if anyone DARES to beat the battery life and sound of these beautiful booming headphones.

Solid Value Proposition, Perfect for Mindless Busywork
Initial reflections:I ordered these phones for use while at work doing menial labor that doesn't require a lot of concentration on my part (4-6 hour sessions @ 5 days per week). At the time I made this purchase, these were among the cheapest wireless over-the-ear headphones on Amazon at less than $16 for the pair.Keep in mind that I do some project recording in a home studio. I own studio phones that sell for $250, which have the very neutral, accurate, higher-end sound required for tracking and mixing audio. When I placed this order I properly calibrated my expectations for a set of headphones that are15x less expensive than my studio phones. These headphones AREN'T "neutral" in any sense. They have a few built-in EQ curves ("bass boost," "rock," and "pop"). If there is a way to just get a flat sound, I haven't found it yet.All that said, I was VERY impressed with the sound coming from so cheap a product. The over-ear pads are comfortable, feel substantial, and do block out a lot of extraneous background noise. They sync to my iPhone quickly upon power-up and have a decent wireless range. I only tend to use them for 4-6 hours at a time, so I can't really offer much in the way of battery life, but I did appreciate that they recharge via the now-ubiquitous USB-C connection. As an initial review, then, I would highly recommend them as a value proposition. Should they give me trouble, I will revisit this review and remove stars as necessary, but if you're reading this and the 5-stars I've granted them are still displayed, then you know they're still working for me.
