This works beautifully for someone like me who will not dedicate kitchen counter space to a stand mixer. It is powerful enough to process dense bread dough and cleans very easily. It is also intuitive to use (not overly complicated). Very pleased with this purchase.

US mains cable and noted to run at 110v not 220v as per UK supply. This can run in UK with a stepdown transformer but the combined price really begs the question of why not just get the UK intended version. Disappointed this is even sold into a market when any attempt to use it would likely invalidate it's warranty or almost certainly damage the product if using a standard cheap adapter. Sending back for a refund. Would suggest this is clearly marked up on the product page in future.

Don’t buy your wife anything that plugs up as a present. You’ll be spending way more on jewelry to make up for it. It don’t mean a thing, if it don’t bling.

The mixer and dough hook parts work very well. But I do have trouble with the mixer. Not super easy to use compared to a stand up mixer. Do not think you’re going to make smoothies with this because it is not powerful enough to chew through frozen items without thinking you’re going to break it. However, it’s the perfect size for making small batches of sauces which is what I primarily use it for.

This is a US product with a US plug, for a US power supply. Not at all obvious at point of sale. Returning.
