brillant
I bought the black rumble roller and couldnt wait to try it. i have had back problems for years and this product arrived in the post today.after a long day at work i can't be bothered to exercise so i gave it a go and for the first time, and in 15 years i could actually touch my toes after using it.i think it's amazing for pressure points. i normal have to get my husband to sort them out and now there is no need for him i just roll around for 15 20 min and i feel like i have had a 2 hour massage.however i will say if you are a beginner i would choose a less intense product only because i am used to having a lot of pain when having my pressure points relieved but this was something else, once you get over the pain and relax into the roller it relives the pain really well.i would recommend this product to everyone who has back pain i think its fantastic.5***** all the way.a must try even though it its a bit pricy. if you think about it it is only the price of 2 massage sessions

Extra firm roller for muscular backs
This is one of the best products I ever bought and I use it regularly to roll knots out of my back. I have a muscular and tight back from regular deadlifting and squatting. I love the firmness of this roller and actually use it in combination with a solid wooden roller to do serious tissue work. But beware, no one else in my family can even lie on these without experiencing significant pain. I also have a firm 66Fit Elite Foam Roller for my legs which other family members can use without problem. I have been using the rumble for several months and notice a bow in the shape. I don't know if this will get worse. That aside, this is is a great roller for anybody who frequently finds themselves having to ask other people to walk on their back - which is what I had to do before I got this. It is expensive, but worth the money if you hold a lot of stress in your back.

Ouch! but in a good way
Very firm! Takes a bit of getting used to and can be very painful at the time however the relief felt afterwards is priceless! Definitely assists with those aches and niggles in my back and neck. Currently using to loosen my hamstrings on advice from my physio to assist with longstanding knee problems. I would not let the price put you off, the benefits are well worth it and if like me you previously paid for osteopathy treatment, the outcome is the same and this baby paid for itself in two uses!!!!

Rumble Roller.. "Extra firm.." not half!
I bought this product after quite a bit of research..I work out with kettle bells and clubells and i have a job that often lands me up feeling i could do with some body work.. yoga and intuflow helps greatly, but this product enables me to do an extra muscle/myofacial release at the end of a session..It is the most expensive one out there, but the product is good.. actually its excellent.. just that its a chunk of cash.. but i figured if you compared it to having body work, which its never going to be as good as, but who can afford a daily massage? and even wives cant be relied upon.. ! whats the world coming to?To be honest its likely to see me out! . i reckon ill be able to hand it down to my kids...its well made and easy to clean .. so 5 stars..Rollers without knobles have some value but its quite limited in comparison, and this Rumble Roller does appear to be the best design ive found.in addition, if you can stretch for the larger one, i would go for that, as it is more versatile..Beware, the extra firm lives up to its name.. fine for me, but not my partner..youd think somebody put her on the rack the way she was going on! ha!little trick for that.. I just got a very cheap thin foam yoga mat.. made a tube and fixed it with three loops of duck tape.so the foam sleeve softens it for the more tender bodies and then I just slip that off for my turn,. simples!.. you do get used to it quite quickly..alternatively you could just put the tape around the offending parties mouth and save on the yoga mat?.. theres a thought.

Strong and painful
An incredible Medieval torture device. Perfect for self inflicted pain otherwise known as SMR. Came fast, Well packaged, Have used pretty much every day for while now with no deformation showing. It is a tad expensive. But ultimately its worth it as it is the most effective long roller I have used, showing the least deformation.

Mobility a big missing point!
Initially brought this as a go to for athletic performance. This is one of the most underrated and overlooked tool for any athlete.Being mobile and being able to perform certain actions such as myofascial release can be a make and break deal when it comes to athletic performance whether it is squatting and gaining depth or relieving chronic pain due to posterior problemsIn terms of quality this is an A class product! I have had many foam rollers before but they just seem to give away too quickly, Rumble Roller is a well known brand when it comes to Foam roller's and coming to two years with this product I can say it is just good as new.My only issue would be is that in terms of price a more sensible price tag would be a huge benefit which is why I would give this a 4/5.

Wow!
Rumble Rollers have helped me rehabilitate a set of persistent mid back and shoulder problems that have been troubling me for the past 8 years. After 5 weeks and in combination with kettle bell training, stretching and hot & cold treatment my spine feel springy and supple and I have increased movement in my shoulders.Purchased three of them: Black, blue and travel as was considering paying £3 grand for back mobiliser so thought why not see if these would help for a fraction of that cost. I mostly use the black as I have a relatively high discomfort threshold.I would say these nifty things are better than using a physio as I do not have to book/pay every time I use them so I can get the benefit as often as I want (I may roll up to 5 times a day for three minutes each time). After a bit of practice and acclimatisation (uncomfortable at first) I was able to edge into those trigger points like a pro, or roll more rapidly to stimulate circulation to the damaged areas.Wish I'd known about these sooner.
