Branded 'The long life lamp company' and 2000 hours use. Fitted these to my cooker hood. One blew after about an hour and half's intermittent use. The second blew after about two an hour and a half hours, the third I tried blew at about two and half hours and finally the fourth one I got (ever the glutton for punishment) blew at about three hours. The quality of these bulbs is appalling, so definately not impressed with the quality of these bulbs and I certainly have learnt my lesson now, not buying any more of this brand.I hope this helps you avoid wasting your money.

Very good, brighter than the previous bulb, I'll update if I have any issues with its longevity, but I suspect these are like halogen car headlight bulbs in that you mustn't touch the glass with your fingers, wear some clean gloves or use a piece of clean tissue top hold it by. If you do accidentally touch the glass wipe with alcohol & re-fit. If not the oils in your skin will cause the bulb to burn out in no time.

With 2 weeks one bulb blew, the company sent a replacement. The second bulb went a few weeks later, again the company sent a replacement but pointed out that these bulbs only carry a 28 day warranty. One of the replacement bulbs has now gone also. That's 3 bulbs gone in 6 weeks. Very short lifespan.
