Update 08/01/2020:Another tip. This unit has little clips that attach from all sides (top, bottom, left and right). I've been using this sign on some properties for a couple of years and have noticed that over time wind will play havoc with those plastic clips. A high wind just puts too much stress on the plastic clips and and cause the whole sign to blow out of the frame. What I'm now doing is only clipping the top of the sign to the frame. An then I use a strip of black duct tape across the top to reinforce everything and keep the sun from degrading the clips. This way when the wind really blows hard the sign can move without putting a lot of stress on anything. It also settles back into position when the wind quits blowing. This helps to get more use out of the sign - particularly when you want to use it on multiple properties. Good luck.Original Review (Bought on Sept. 22, 2018):First I bought the 36" X 25" for sale sign. Came in a box and appears to be well constructed. Should display well on a property I'm selling. I bought 3" red numbers to display my phone number. Be aware that letters this large will require the full width of the sign to display them all (for a 10 digit number). By full width I mean even the edges which have red trim around them. This required a little work as described below.Some tricks to handle issues with this sign as delivered:If yours comes with anything in the white area to display your phone number (like a printed barcode) or you just want to get rid of some of the red around the box. Use a paper towel and some denatured alcohol with a little elbow grease. This will act like an eraser and get rid of anything printed on the sign you don't want. Just be careful not to take it too far.If yours comes with stickers (mine didn't). Try using a hair dryer to heat them up before attempting the big peel. Just be careful to not burn yourself. Warming the sticker with a hair dryer should loosen it up where it comes right off. Then use a little denatured alcohol to clean of any sticker residue.If yours comes missing a clip. Isn't a big deal because you can use a zip tie to replace it.

50% of sign the brackets (holders) were missing. I had to use zip ties to fasten the others. Poor QC!

I’ve used one other for sale sign but this one was by the best ever. When I installed it into the ground it was as if the earth was saying thank you. Don’t bother using other for sale signs because you won’t find a more competent, comfortable, or stylish one on the market. I can’t tell how many night I lay in bed thanking myself for decided to buy this specific item. It literally saved my life.

Thanks for the incredible sign.WOW I put lettered it with black vinyl. Put it in the Front yard of my rental property and the next day I SOLD the house. Keep in mind this the sign was my only source of Advertisement. Save thousands no need for realtor this sign does the job

The shipping was very fast, came next day. The sign is large and sturdy. I appreciate the extra care in packaging the legs of the stand, however, it was a bit of overkill. I have arthritic hands and it took 20 minutes to cut and tear off all of the tightly taped bubble wrap off of the skinny poles! No need for that much tape so tightly wound around the legs. The tape and bubble wrap was there to protect, but consider that to get it off, you end up scratching the surface. Kind of defeats the purpose. Other than the packaging, the product is great. Thank you.

I'd save my $$ on this one. Will not purchase again. It's a lower grade metal than even those available at Home Depot/Lowes. Frame is flimsy and would not hold up in windy conditions. Recommend purchasing larger scale sign from Home Depot or Lowes.

We bought the sign and info tube as a set and couldn't be happier! The sign is very high quality and well made. The frame is sturdy and yet easy to pound into the ground with a rubber mallet. It's bold, bright and easy to read. The sign itself arrived in a giant box, pre-assembled ... We definitely weren't expecting that! And it's a perfect fit with the Hillman Info Tube Brochure Holder (#842257). Very pleased with our purchase!

I put this sign in a hi-vis spot in the yard (near the street) with an info box attached and the house sold within a week. What more could you ask? You can't argue with great results.

I really liked the size ,strength of the sign part ,but the legs are a little wiggly for a main road ,it tips over
