Excellent ideas for expanding interests
The concept of challenging ourselves to try new things with doable options was refreshing. Highly recommend for seniors, or other people stuck in a rut. Ideas are easy to as use as guidelines, so your challenges enhance your life.

Good Book, Great Seller
The book is great - full of colorful illustrations and ideas that seem doable for this procrastinator.A big THANK YOU to Goodwill of Dayton (Ohio) who initially sent the wrong book with the correct paper. When I told them via Amazon about the mix-up, they got back to me the next morning and told me to keep the book and they will send the one I ordered. Not only did they do that, but they sent it by Priority Mail. I will definitely order from them again.

something for everyone
Loved the variety of challenges. They cover everything from cooking, fitness and photography to music, learning a language and tidying up. No matter what you like, there’s something in the challenges for everyone. And the tips on how to progress are helpful as well. The great thing is that each challenge is not super prescriptive and allows you scope to change it to suit your circumstances. I’ve now got around 30 challenges planned. Thanks Rosanna.

Such a BRILLIANT book!
The challenges are helpful to anyone, definitely those who are wanting to improve their physical or mental lifestyle. Challenges offered in this book cover so many aspects that I needed, Exercise, Food, Health, Better sleep, Relationships, Productivity, Creativity.I especially love the setup, You have the challenge, The rules, Helpful Tips, and Variations are added to help with personal lifestyles and schedules, Even Recommended apps or websites are included to help you with challenges. I always start my New Years' resolution 2 weeks before New Year so that I will be prepared when the new year starts. So far this book has already given me so much motivation, I am working on six YES SIX challenges at the moment. I track all my challenges in my habit tracker while journaling each night.I recommend this book to anyone working on self-improvement just like myself.

Meh
Not what I was looking for. I returned it. I skimmed through it and It’s basically just a book of ideas to try for 30 days. Not very motivational. Pretty simple.

I decided not too long ago that my life was in desperate need of a fun, to-do
I bought this book and for one reason only because it says challenges in the title. I decided not too long ago that my life was in desperate need of a fun, to-do. I wanted to do something that felt like an accomplishment, that I could later share my experience with others. So, I bought this book to embark on a journey of challenges to kickstart my YES man attitude. It did not disappoint. So far I’m participating in the de-cluttering for 30 days and I must say, there is something pretty wonderful about really committing to a task that will inevitably improve my overall life. I love that it’s taking it day by day, from things I’ve been meaning to get rid of/ donate but I hadn’t really taken the time to until now. “Big Book of 30 Day Challenges” is a really good resource to structuring your life. Take for instance, the Exercise challenge. That’s on my next to-do, as well as, Track Your Expenses because Lord knows I need it. Anyways this book is great for getting you committed to the tasks at hand, everything you wanted to do but didn’t have the motivation, until now.

Each of the 30 day challenges also gives you tips for how to prepare for that specific challenge and some useful apps or additional reading
When I started looking through this book, I thought "why would I need an entire book about 30 day challenges? Wouldn't it just be a list?" BUT I was so wrong! Each of the 30 day challenges also gives you tips for how to prepare for that specific challenge and some useful apps or additional reading. The author has done most of the challenges and gives a little introduction into why they tried that challenge and their experience doing so. The visuals in this book are awesome - it's almost like a textbook, with the different headings and sections, and so it's super browseable and easy to find specific information quickly. I found many of the tips for being successful at 30 day challenges to be applicable to general self-improvement.

Lots to do.
Lots of great ideas but I don’t know where to start. I thought I’d be able to write the lists in the book but it’s a reading book.
