What is the diameter of the stem? I’m tryin to figure out if it will fit a specific bottle

It is kind of hard to measure, but it looks like a little over half an inch, like 1 1/8” maybe. That is outside where it would need to fit into bottle. I tried to add a couple of pics to my review. Hoping it worked so you can see them!

is this sticky? can i use it to pour dry spices?
