Worst quality waste of money
Pillow shrink in 15 days it is the worst quality complete waste of money

Comfy/ washable/ light/ soft but sturdy/well stitched
I use for neck rest, back rest, feet rest,to keep up pillow, and my fav is as a knee rest for yoga and kneeling, also to sleep in tucked between the thighs. Older people would find this helpful. The outer cover can be stocked separately according to your choice of fabric, otherwise also can use the way it is deliver. Over 3 months now n still going great. Washable.

Not last longing
The pillow was stiff at the beginning. It was very useful. Neck pain was reduced slowly.After 4 months use, the stiffness is gone. It is now like a normal pillow.
