Me duró bien poco y cuando llamé al fabricante me pidieron muchos datos incluso los hice todos hasta con videos y de nada sirvió no dieron respuesta nunca se solucionó el problema y el robot no es para nada económico q pena tengan un tan mal servicio al cliente, recomendaría este artículo pero no vale la pena con tan mal servicio

Time and labor saver.
The vacuum works reasonably well and mopping is good. I have used this for 18 months and if it broke tomorrow, I buy it again. It saves so much work and keeps the floor cleaner on a daily basis.

Solid cleaner
This thing has been rock solid for over a year running 3 times a day, the app isn’t the best, but it’s not bad either. For the price I expect at least 3 years of use with its current cleaning schedule, and it looks like I will get that from it. Only 4 stars because the carpet sense mode or whatever you want to call it doesn’t work like it should any longer. It lasted about 8months. It pretty much thinks it’s always on carpet and ramps up the suction, or will go up and down a bunch (the suction) when it’s not on carpet. Which is annoying. I’ve replaced brushes, got any hair out etc with no fix. Not a major deal as it still cleans well. I did turn off the carpet sensing so it was less annoying.

Worked for a year
This vacuum worked great for a year, then just didn't work right. It moved around aimlessly, and wouldn't go back to the charging base. The app is entire poo. Go with a product name that you've actually heard of.

Don't bother. Find a reputable brand.
I have had this for maybe 2 years, and it won't work anymore. It's constantly going offline, so I'll get it back online, but then the battery is too low to run, even though it's been on the charger all night. So then I let it charge, but by the time I check it again, it's offline. And the app is horrible as well. All in all, very frustrating.

great product and customer support.
I had a little problem with the mop that would no longer attach to the water tank. I emailed the customer service and they helped me my issue. This robot is awesome and does a great job, the customer service was on point and helped me fix my issue. I am sure that it happens, and with newer versions it has gotten better. Overall, this product is worth it.

good buy, but the battery lasts only a year
I have pets and the vacuum cleaner works wonderfully, I don't love the mopping, I replaced the battery every year, in general it works for me, but maybe like a cheaper one

Good product, after sale support can get a bit complicated
Update:I purchased the Q6 Pro a while back and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. The performance is top-notch and I have recommended it to several of my friends who are equally impressed. However, after a year of use, the battery unfortunately died on me. Initially, I faced some difficulties with the customer support in getting a replacement, but after some persistence, they finally sent me a new battery. It seems that the device is up and running smoothly again. Overall, despite the minor hiccup with the battery replacement process, I am very satisfied with the Q6 Pro and would still highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient device. This product definitely deserves a solid 4-star rating!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take caution and thoroughly research before considering purchasing any products from this company based on my terrible experience with the Q6 pro that I got about a year ago. Initially, the vacuum worked well and I even recommended it to friends. However, it recently started malfunctioning during use. There is no option to purchase a replacement battery for this product, leaving me with an expensive vacuum that cannot be repaired and unhelpful customer service.
