We've reviewed the instructions for this product and unfortunately it doesn't indicate how long the heat will last. Typically most heating pads that are microwavable can or may last roughly 15 to 30 minutes depending on how hot you get it and where it's used. You can wrap the product in a towel to contain the heat to give it a bit more life.
