Got this tablet for my step-daughter as it looked cute, was already set up for kids and she didn’t get along with the Kindle Fire one (plus her friend also has a Jellipad!). She is over the moon with it, made her birthday. From the initial very nicely designed box, to the tablet itself which is tough and attractive. I had a look on here and they all have 8GB memory which just isn’t enough for kids once you get apps and stuff on there. This one has 16GB which is pretty decent and can put music and videos on an SD card too. It also has 1GB RAM which is perfect for kids gaming and learning. It already comes with a load of games and educational apps for kids for maybe 4-10 years old. All you have to do is add them to the kids menu from the parental controls and it’s good to go within minutes, no messing about, you don’t even need WiFi (compared to the Amazon Fire which was a nightmare, especially when travelling). If you want you can also access the Play store for more apps. Another bonus is all the apps can be removed and replaced, and there’s no junk preinstalled either so it’s nice and safe. Speed wise it runs all the games well and the screen is colourful so kids obviously will love it. The screen protector is a nice touch. Very reasonable price too compared to other proper brands.

I wouldn’t buy this product again. I would opt for a kindle fire kids or similar. This one is too complicated to set up, for the kids to be able to use it adults need to spend a few hours uploading content, games etc. I still haven’t managed to get decent games like cebeebies which is free anyway into it. And loading an audio book or something from you tube takes for ever.

Bought two Jellipads for my Grandaughters as Christmas gifts. One has now stopped working. Does not come on at all despite being charged up and I have a very unhappy 4 year old Grandaughter..I have contacted Jellipad to request a replacement.Contacted Jellipad and they have been very helpful in resolving my faulty Jellipad. Sent back and repaired within a week along with complimentary Jellipad cases. Grandaughters very happy and so are nanny and grandad. Great customer service

Really nice product, maybe the camera could be better.I got it for my nieces 6th Birthday and she absolutely loves it, So if she's happy im happy.

We bought this tablet for our child. Since day 1 it constantly skipped on certain apps (you tube kids) The battery life is poor and it stopped charging after 8 months, we sent this product back to be repaired and it came back to us 4 weeks later, just 2 weeks later and the tablet is not charging. I have again contacted the seller but with no response. Do not buy!!!!!

Think there may be a fault as hardly used and can’t get it to come on hope I can get refund

A decent tablet at 1st, after about 4 months the touch completely went. I contacted jellipad and they told me to send it to their address, which i have done. I have not heard from them since and they are not responding to my emails. Really unhappy!
