Thick and great for buttercream

The best red, bake stable food colouring
This is the only red colouring I use for making red velvet cakes and cupcakes. The colour is vibrant and does not change when baked. Also super concentrated and does not turn pink, like other red gels are when added to buttercream.

Vibrant colour but may stain
Plus: very good red dye, nice strong vibrant colour. Not needing to use much.Negatives: use carefully while using, will stay on fingers for some time but will eventually go away with a few washes. They baked goods may also leave a red stain (as it did on my friend’s lips and he complained he looked liked he was wearing lipstick. Though I think the colour suited him but 😂)

Worth the money
This is so good. The best ive used. Dont need much just as much as it states and it does the job. Vibrant red. Never was able to get this type of red before. Worth the purchase.

Not a full bottle?!
Amended review, I couldn't understand why the bottle was half empty. On weighing the bottle with the lid it's 52g and without lid it's 46g and the bottle is half empty. Colour wise omg unbelievable, achieved black buttercream so quickly I love this item!

Great red colouring for cakes
Used this as it was recommended by a blogger for red velvet cake. It made the cake a great red colour so I would definitely use it again. Great product and very easy to use. Combined with other ingredients well and the cake looked great.
