Can this be used in microwave oven?

Yes, this can be used in the microwave. I have used mine to reheat many different items, I have not tried to cook anything in them yet.

can these be used in a gas oven with the air fry option?

Yes, you can bake using silicone containers, my air fryer highest temp is 400 silicone can melt at 500 plus beware of temps, I have baked with silicone cupcake containers they work well. I use this container for sweet potatoes in the oven at 375. The container will be hot to touch when pulling out. Also when place on oven rack if it is liquid it may not be as stable due to container flexibility but the are so much easier to clean and remove cooked meals.

Doesn’t this cut down on the air flow?which is the whole idea behind a mini convention oven. It looks promising but there are no holes in the bottom

I was really worried about this same issue! It turns out that the food still cooks just fine from what I’ve found. I’m sure the airflow isn’t as prevalent, but the food I’ve cooked (chicken breast, and a plethora of vegetables) are still easily air-fried. The silicon insert has some raised grill-like lines at the bottom that the food sits on so some air can still get underneath. At least for me, I haven’t experienced any issue that would prevent me from recommending them. I am a little negligent about cleaning the insert after each time I cook, so it has permanent grease marks, but I am relieved that the actual air fryer is clean—it makes me feel like I can increase the air fryer’s longevity.
