These were installed and was not working properly so I contacted the seller and they sent me out another set and they're working great and they're very bright which you can turn down and modes are cool and for the price they will work good. Thanks for your speedy service.

Works as expected. Bright and visible. Easy to install

This was easy to install with the 3M tape it’s applied on. Bright lights and line itself seems to be well made. After about 3 months, 2 of the led lights went out. I’ve had it on my truck for about 7 months now and have 3led lights out in total. Quality is average, but I feel like the leds should last a bit longer than 6 months ? There maybe other products out there that are better made, but you get what you pay for as they say. If you have a budget, this is good, if not, maybe you should look for a better made product.

I bought these as a birthday gift for my older brother. He put them on his mustang and they look amazing! It’s been over two months and they are holding up great!

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this for one of my trucks and it worked. Bought a second one for another truck and the right side doesn’t work. Contacted seller, sent photos and a video showing the problem. They responded with wanting me to try a different vehicle to see if it still doesn’t work. It’s brand new and didn’t work when received. I feel they should just replace it or refund me not make me try it on multiple vehicles. They haven’t refunded me either or sent another one. Very very disappointed and pissed off. Don’t buy this product!! Obviously they don’t value the product enough to stand behind it and do the right thing.

Wish they had a plug that would go in the GM harness instead of the trailer plug, but guess I'll just have to hard wire it with splices (sucks to have to cut up a perfect GM harness tho) Understand the trailer plug makes this a plug and play for ANY vehicle, but if they offered it with GM tail section weatherpack plug, would be worth 2x the $. All that said its nice and bright (love that is adds another BRIGHT LED backup light)

Read the reviews, ensured my truck and connection was on the "will fit list" as indicated on the listing, my garage is fully updated, so I made the purchase.Installed on: 2010 Toyota Tundra Crewmax with factory haul kitPurchased: 60" single row stripUse Time: 1.5 months (as of 02-10-21)Likes: Arrived well packaged, came with simple flyer instructions for install, had additional clips and screws to secure strip, adhesive tape very strong allowing for secure grip (I cleaned the install area with soap and water - no chemicals, to ensure good contact), very bright lights, plenty of wire length for my install, back up lights very bright, blinkers syncs very close to truck turn signal.Dislikes: 4-pin tab did not line up with my connector (the third tab was off by 1/16 and the fourth was off by 1/8). The end cap on the strip was not 100% inserted, concerned moisture would eventually come in and damage the lights. The strip end where wires come out do not a seal, same concern with moisture eventually leaking in.Concern: I emailed customer service, response time took 7 days. Here was their fix - "Thank you for contacting Nilight. We would be delighted to assist you. Are you willing to cut the plug and hardwire? Thanks." WAIT, I THOUGHT TO MYSELF - You want me to do what? If I do this and splice into the taillight strip, and it does not work or fails within the return window....won't this void the return policy?I responded "No, and what of the other issues I mentioned?"They responded with - "There is no other way. Our 4 pin plug is fit for most standard connectors. If you do not find a suitable connector. You can contact Amazon to request a return and get a refund." I THOUGHT TO MYSELF - customer service is not fully reading my emails (not addressing the end cap concerns) or just does not care since there are 2,700+ reviews...what is one more 2-3 star input.This is advertised as a plug and play, not going to splice into my originally wiring making more work for myself. So I took the hit (this was a $20 purchase), and I adjusted the two pins to fit in the connector housing, taped up the ends of the strip to keep moisture out, tested leaks, installed the strip, and tested the lights.So far they have been working for over 1.5 months. From other customer it seems the install will work 60% of the time as advertised. 40% of the time, be prepared to customize the install.
