I don't have many complaints with this cube, it'd be a great "into" speed cube for most without spending a ton only to possibly see it sit on a shelf mostly unused. It moves smoothly, the magnetic function aligns the turns well, and feels good in your hand. The magnets are not strong enough, however, to pull an incomplete turn together, nor to stop a "flick" turn if too much force is accidentally used. Other cubes are available for a few dollars more where the magnets seem to be a bit bigger and stronger, but for one of the lowrst-cost models on the market, this one performs well enough that some people may not notice much of a difference--this would really come into play with someone who is trying to get very fast, but at that point they're probably going to invest in a higher end GAN or Moyu costing at least a few times this much, anyway.If you've got a friend, kid, or are looking for a good cube that "feels" much more expensive than it costs, this is a great entry level model. It's cheap enough to take a chance on for a gift, but quality enough for someone to really start to use as they go from novice to bring competent or even proficient.

So my experience with cubes is somewhat limited. One of my kids has an original Rubik’s cube and it’s honestly a pain to use. Last year I ordered myself a Rubik’s speed cube with magnets. It’s still not great but it easily takes 20 seconds of my solve times (I average about 1:30 a solve).One of my other kids got interested in cubing so I gave away that one and order this Monster Go. Boy is it smooth! It moves effortlessly. I tightened it slightly just because I’m still a novice but in my limited experience, it’s the best cube and the cheapest I’ve bought. I keep it in the little box it came in when I’m not using it and after a couple months of use I have had zero issues with.I’m super happy with it and can’t recommend it enough. I need to learn more algorithms. It’s my general lack of skill with cubing that is keeping me from a sub 1 minute solve.My middle son just got his first solve a couple of weeks ago and he’s already averaging 1:30 with this cube and he also prefers this one to all the others we have.

I've got a few cubes and I love how easy this one is to solve with the magnets to quickly align each turn. It's lightweight, loose, and smooth.

I like the colors and it turns super easy, perhaps too easy. Maybe with practice I'll get used to it but I find myself accidentally making moves that I don't mean to. It would be nice if the tension were a little tighter, or better yet, adjustable. Other than that, no complaints.

Absolutely love this Monster Go Magnetic 3x3 Speed Cube! The magnets add an extra level of precision to each turn, making it perfect for both beginners and seasoned cubers. The stickerless design is vibrant and durable. Great for educational purposes and hours of fun. Highly recommend!

This cube is great for the price. It turns very well without catching and corner cutting is comparable to a GAN Cube at a third the price. I haven't dropped it yet, but it feels like it would hold up if I did. It has a standard set-screw core, which is my only real complaint, but for the price that's a very small negative. Easily the best starter sped cube I have found.

My son loves this one. Super speed and smooth. It's sturdy and good quality. Looks just like the picture.
