I’ve filled the bladder and slowly put in other pieces. I made sure the cooler was full and water is leaking out in the freezer. What do I do?

Two things you want to do. First, check the trays to make sure there are no holes or rips. Second, if my opinion, you shouldn't fill the tray to the very top. Whenever I freeze ice cubes, I notice that one or two cubes always seem to turn out larger than the others. So, I'll fill the cubes about halfway instead. They still turn out pretty large and can fit most glasses that I use. I hope this helps. :-)

My ice cracks when I pour liquid over it. Any idea why?

The ice is too cold. The shock of temperature changes will result in cracked ice. Leave it out a bit till it gets a little watery on the outside before adding it to liquids. It's also helpful to make sure the liquids are colder before adding ice.

Can you refill tray with the frozen ice in bottom to make a second round set of clear ice? Or does it not work with a frozen bottom block of ice?

Directional freezing is what makes the clear ice as it forces impurities to the water that has not yet froze. I expect that leaving ice in bottom would cause the process to not work correctly. It may still work, but not likely as well.

Is this dishwasher safe?

I just wash them under the tap with a little dawn . Works perfect . I guess you could put them in the dishwasher but never tried.
