This cushion seems great for a lighter bodied person, it works a treat when I tried it, but my husband is much heavier than I am and it doesn’t work well for him, l think his weight compresses it down too much to be effective, and it’s him l bought it for. We will persevere with it for a while longer to see if we can find a way to make it work for him, but I’m not sure it will. If like me you’re on the lighter side it really does work well, it spun me round effortlessly, so if you’re intending to buy this and you’re on the lighter side it’ll be money well spent, heavier people not so

On opening the parcel I was surprised as I expected it to be more substantial but having used this it certainly helped me to get in and out of the passenger side of the car more easily and seems to be robust enough for the purpose.

THE PERSON HAS TO BE POSITIONED SITTING IN THE CENTRE OF THE CUSHION FOR IT TO WORK AT ALL, AND EVEN THEN, IT DOESN'T ALWAYS WORK. NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN'T USE THE CUSHION THEMSELVES. MIGHT WORK BETTER IF THE PERSON IS ABLE TO MOVE/SWIVEL THEMSELVES.
