Due to a knee injury my right leg is 1 inch shorted. I use all four in one shoe. These do the job.

Happy with these, help to feel comfortable and more equally balanced. After hip replacement there is approx .5ml discrepancy in leg length. Not noticeable to anyone else but, I’m very aware and feel sore when walking without this little insole. Would highly recommend and the cost is a bargain

I looked at all the reviews before purchasing and I agree with all. They do the job. They are comfortable. I wouldn’t buy any others having made two purchases prior to these that were useless.

Exactly what I was looking for…Sticks well to shoe but you can peel away. Stays supportive and doesn’t ‘give’ after time. Has helped so much with a torn Achilles which hasn’t healed.

These lifts are great, because they can be adjusted to exactly what you need. They don't move around in your footwear like some others I've used before either. Highly recommend.

Excellent, after hip replacement there was a discrepancy between leg length. The insoles have been amazing at correcting the problem. Slight increase have ensured I can get the difference made up with ease.

These shoe heel inserts are comfortable and durable. Because of an accident years ago, my right leg was broken in five places, two of which were in the femur, and after four months in traction and six surgeries, it ended up one inch shorter than the left. The shoe inserts distribute my weight more evenly, relieving much of the extra pressure and pain on my right foot, and they help keep my spine straight. I never could wear those orthopedic shoes with the thick soles that are made for people with my problem, and I only discovered these inserts a year and four months ago. But I have worn them all day every day since, and they still stay stuck in place and still work as well as the day I started using them. I’m happy with them and wish I had learned about them sooner.

My wife had heel pain. After using these insoles, she is very happy to get relief from heel pain. Very comfortable to use and cozy. She likes this product very much.

After one day of wearing the insole in a casual walking shoe the felt folded on itself and is not repairable.

I tore my calf muscle and this did the job of keeping foot in correct position to allow healing

They work fine. If you have to use more than 1 piece, it gets a bit bouncy and weird to walk on. They do provide a nice padding for the heel. I was hoping for something less squishy since I’m using it in one shoe to help align my hips
