My chiropractor recently did some x-rays and identified that my left leg is approx 8 mm shorter than my right. They recommended that I use a 1/4" lift in my left shoe and see if it helps. It seems to be doing the job! The SIIHEA Adjustable Heel Lift has three layered 1/4" lifts allowing you to customize to the height you need. Effectively each lift has three layers that technically can be used in three different shoes. I am sure SIIHEA would say that you should only use the top layer as the lift, but if it's going under a foot bed, 1/4" is a 1/4" inch; so by buying a pair, you end up with six 1/4" lifts! Not bad for the money!

My podiatrist said to get an adjustable heel insert for my shoe to help with bone spur issues. I went through so many listings trying to find one with good reviews, a good price and that had a description that matched what he said to get. This one checked all the boxes.When it arrived, I wasn't sure what thickness I needed, so started with the full insert and it was way too much, my heel was about slipping out of my shoe. I took off one layer and tried again. It was better, but I was off balance too much and started having bad lower back and hip pain. Second layer came off and then it was perfect! I've not only had less foot pain, but also less back pain.

Wearing the right size helps with my pain. Adding adhesive helps keep it in place.

I only need a 1/4” lift so one of these actually gives me 3 lifts. They’re taped together with a nice double sided adhesive, but it’s possible to take them apart and use them separately!

Half the price of the medical heel lifts I purchased ,yet with all the quality.Just the right firmness so they won't lose support as you wear them, and the small fit perfectly in my size 6.5 shoe. You may want to measure for your size carefully , as the small are almost identical to the mediums I have in the medical ones.As with any heel lift, unless you have a fairly narrow heel inside your shoe for snugness, you may need an adhesive to keep sliding from happening.Would buy again.
