Acrylic sinks only as good on how they are treated.
In 2006 a white Breckeridge kitchen sink was installed on our new home. It shows normal wear and tear. However: there are no deep scratches or ships. There are no stains because blue berry, tomato, coffee or any acidic products were allowed to sit in the sink. No abrasives were ever used on the sink.Any product will not last if abused.

Had Scratches.
So, it had micro scratches in it when it arrived. I expect PERFECTION with a NEW item!

Don't even consider a Thermocast sink
This is the sorriest piece of over rated sink I have ever seen. Home Depot plainly states in their advertising that the sink is stain and scratch resistant. We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and the contractor installed the Thermocast model 46499 black Breckenridge sink, we have not even washed dishes in it yet and it is already scratched up. I was so looking forward to a nice sink but I am disappointed . I would advise anyone thinking about a Thermocast sink to rethink.. You will need a mat to protect it and there are none that will fit the shape of the sink available.

Piece of Junk
I've had this sink for a couple of years, and it's scratched up, mineral deposits won't come out, I've followed the care and cleaning instructions, but the warranty will void if you even use the sink for its intended purpose! I had it undermounted with granite; I don't know how I can replace the sink without replacing the granite too. Spend the extra dollars and get a really good cast iron porcelain sink, like Kohler. I love the shape, It's very versatile in size, but its a piece of junk.

it looks like a 75 year sink
We purchased a white Thermocast sink, and it began to show scratches after minimal use. After two years, it looks like a 75 year sink. Along with more scratching, it retains staining that cannot be scrubbed away. We installed it in a granite counter top, hoping to find a replacement that matches the cut out. Would not purchase another Thermocast sink, ever.
