The product was almost completely empty

Been looking for Freeman's hand cream for like 20 years, never could find it...So very glad to find the Los Angeles companies product...Hoping it's as good as it used to be..FYI, my tube of this was taped shut and it seemed NOT to be as full as it should have been .. ???
