I recently purchased this office chair, and while the assembly process seemed fine initially, I encountered an issue. Unfortunately, there were missing screws for the headrest, preventing me from attaching it properly. As a result, I've been using the chair for hours without a headrest, which has made it quite uncomfortable. It's disappointing that such a crucial component was missing, impacting the overall comfort of the chair.

The chair is easy to assemble and comes with everything but how do you forget to ship wheels with it??? Only reason I gave it two starts is comfortability but watch out it might not come with wheels
