This eye liner does not go on easy and is definitely not waterproof. I am very disappointed in this eye liner and have thrown it away as it does not color my eyes. It just does not go on like it should. I have used many other eye liner pencils and this is the only one that I could not get on. Would never buy again.

Great product. Goes on smoothly, and stays without flaking. More expensive than I usually buy, but I have sensitive skin and needed something that would not irritate or flake into my eyes. Not easy to do a fine line,but the built n sharpener is nice.

I have tried many different eyeliners. They would all make my eyes red and itch. This eyeliner has been great in that I have no more red, itchy eyes.

It has a built-in sharpener, it's smooth and creamy, it goes on easy without skipping for all day wear. It's easy on my eyes, doesn't irritate, and comes off easily before bed. A quality product.
