HC Omega 3 Fish Oil 2000mg Supplement - 60 High Strength Soft Gels with 660mg EPA & 440mg DHA Formula - Made in The UK

The last bottle I bought had 1000mg of EPA and 500mg DHA (per 2 tabs) but they have now gone down to 660mg and 400mg respectively. This puts me off buying them again. I want the maximum EPA and DHA available and will have to look around other options now.

I was comparing the dose of EPA and DHA with other companies and I thought this company’s review were good also the does they use were fairy good. I have taken these for 4 month so far, but the results came much earlier that my hair and nails grow so fast!! Also the condition of my nails are so good!! I purchased these Omega 3 soft gels as i don't eat enough omega 3 in my diet & wanted to increase my daily intake.I chose these Omega 3 soft gels,as they provide a good amount of EPA & DHA in the correct ratio & were a good price. I brought the 180 pack which equates to 90 days worth.The softgels are the same size as other softgels i have previously used,so i found them fairly easy to swallow with water.When you open the pack,there is a slight lemon & fish smell,as i always take them with water, i didn,t notice much of a taste.When i first used them, i took 2 at a time,however,this upset my stomach,so i took 1 a day with food for a week,then started taking 2 with food & didn't have anymore problems,so i would suggest doing the same,to be on the safe side. I did also have fish burps,but,again,these disappeared after 2 weeks of continous use.There are cheaper Omega 3 products for sale,but when you factor in the amount of Omega 3 you actually get in these softgels & you buy a big pack,they actually work out at a very reasonable price.They also arrived quite quickly & were well packed & the pack shown in the description is the same pack & label you recieve.For anyone wanting to increase thier consumption of Omega 3,you can't go far wrong with these softgels.

I just love this product! Omega 3s keep the arteries smooth and free from damage and helps prevent plaque that can restrict and harden the arteries. It improves the risk factor for heart disease and stroke and reduces inflammation! I had been searching for some time for a good quality omega 3 supplement brand and when I saw a health professional in the USA recommending certain brands to others who live in USA I asked if he would suss out a good quality one for me here in Uk with a 2:1 ratio of EPA to DHA. UPDATE. To be fair to the seller they did refund me with considerable grace - hence I've upgraded my original 1 star to 3. So they do live up to their promise to refund if not satisfied. Maybe it's just a case of these suit some and not others. Many are clearly happy with them. I'm sure the low-cost supermarket ones I seem ok with don't deliver the same amount of DHA/EPA.I kept these in the fridge for a month before starting them. They have a useby date in 2022 so should be fine. Took 2/day for 5 days. Getting fishy burbs and indigestion, a sure sign the oil in these is rancid. I don't get these problems with the cheap supermarket capsules I was using before, also kept in fridge. I've gone back to those. Will be binning these. The packaging says money back guarantee if not satisfied, but there's no instruction on the package to explain how a refund would be actioned.

I have recently been suffering from dry eye syndrome and was advised by my optician to find and take an omega3 supplement containing the highest amount of EPA and DHA that I could find. This was not easy and the only one that I found that had anywhere near the amount was from Holland and Barrett, which I bought.. When I finished these I looked on line and discovered this make at a very reasonable price and with a larger amount of the EPA and DHA. These have no fishy aftertaste and although a large capsule, they slip down easily. I have found that ,after about 3 months, I do not now have to use as much of the moisturising eye drops.Whether it is down to the vitamins or something else I guess I cannot be certain. However I have also found that my hair and skin seem in better condition too so I will continue to buy this product. The price is good and the delivery was prompt. Thank you.

Well i must admit to taking 1000mg tablets 3 times a day from a different supplier prior to getting these from Health clever.The pills are large and even i choked a few times before i decided that putting a capsule in your mouth for 10 to 15 seconds softened it sufficiently to be able to swallow ok even if it did go down sideways.I used to take painkillers for hands and wrist stiffness,especially at night and now i have,nt taken any since using omega 3,maybe down to the increased doseage on 2 a day from Health Clever.I wake up these mornings thinking that wow my hands are not so stiff and its a big relief.But this has been over the summer and maybe the winter will make things worse,i shall soon find out.Also had some shoulder problem but they seem to have helped with this as well.To be honest,its the first product ive taken that actually seems to be working on my aging joints.

Having read that very high EPA can help with dermatitis or eczema I tried to find the highest EPA pills on the internet and I believe this is it.Haven’t seen much difference in my skin but I’ve been taking them on and off for a few weeks only.I’ve not had any fishy burps but my partner has - nothing major however.I believe this is a very good product.
