I don't know why people think this is hard to adjust and use by yourself. You just adjust it then put it on over your shoulders kind of like putting on a shirt. I did have a mini heart attack and thought I was stuck in it lol but then I realized the velcro straps come up under your armpits and are easy to reach, unless maybe you're large. It immediately gives you better posture. I don't find it uncomfortable at all, except at my neck when my shirt rides down, it is scratchy. You definitely want to wear it over a shirt. If you wore an undershirt, then the support, then an over shirt it wouldn't be noticeable at all. I like it and hope it helps my posture in the long run.

I saw other posture correctors much more expensive but this one is doing the job just fine. The corrector itself is pretty comfortable to wear, it's just the position that feels awkward in the beginning if your "normal" posture is poor and you tend to lean forward. But the longer you wear it, you forget you have it on. I can do any kind of chores at home while wearing it and when I take it off I find it difficult to get back right away in the poor posture again. Like anything else, it takes discipline and commitment in order to correct your posture. It's not gonna happen over night. But if you have realistic expectations and don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a posture corrector, this is a great option at a great price.

If you're considering this product, as I did for weeks, consider no more. I finally pulled the trigger this week after the combined desk job and class time put the hurt on me and it arrived today. After wearing for ten minutes while sitting at my desk (work must continue) I feel a huge difference. I won't be throwing my foam roller away but I am already a huge fan of this thing. The reviews talking about under the arm pinching and discomfort are likely due to improper fit, in my very humble opinion.

Simple design yet does the job. this product has 3 adjustable straps so that it can fit all sizes. So, I would personally suggest keeping side straps at the equal position. Strap at back can be adjusted as per your height or body need. Overall it's a good buy for the price. Please try it out once if have round shoulder or posture problem.I will update here in future. After one week of use, I am satisfied with my purchase.

This works as a great REMINDER to keep good posture. No, it doesn’t it’s adjust your posture for you, you can still slouch with it on, it’s just uncomfortable to do so. In my opinion, the people who find it uncomfortable are most likely fighting the the strap. Myself personally, I found the strap to rub on my neck, so now I wear it with a collared shirt. The only reason this review is missing a star, is because it came with absolutely no instructions. Nor did it come with tips on how to wear it.

I hunch, sit at a computer all day, and this is really helping pull my shoulders back. I was having shoulder blade pain, which would creep into my neck. I try to wear it whenever I'm not doing anything. It can be tricky to wear at first. I say wear a shirt with it always, otherwise it'll cut into your armpits.

This posture corector is great! I can wear it underneath my clothes and that's awesome because it doesn't bother me at all. At the beginning it was a little bit uncomfortable but now my body got used with it. In time it becomes very comfy, you can barely sense it. I strongly recommend it to all of those who want a healthy spine!

I really like it, in my opinion it's as comfortable as it's going to be considering it's pulling your shoulders back, and it not only reminds me to keep my lower back straight as well, it's helps my posture A LOT! It's easy for one person to do if your shoulders are flexible (just have the strap undone, put it on and then reach behind you to put the strap back in the velcro) and if you're wearing a hoodie it's undetectable. It's a great thing honestly.
