If you want more realism and to feel like you’re more involved in the great game of Scythe, then this is for you. There is nothing like hoarding these resources and bringing the game of Scythe to life. Great value for what you’re getting and would recommend! Also, very durable pieces that would be immensely hard to break.

These are ridiculously expensive, but they are really cool to have in the game! This was one of the last things we held off purchasing for our Scythe game because of the cost, but I finally purchased them for my husband. Very cool set; the iron is actual metal!

These could not have been more perfect! The iron is actual metal, and the weight feels amazing. The rest of the resources - wood, grain, and oil - are all a lighter material but have a satisfying weight and feel to them as well. Each one is very detailed and painted well. The oil cans even have a detailed top similar to your standard oil drum. They all sit perfectly flat when set out, and add a very nice touch to the game. Especially when paired with the metal Scythe coins!

These are some of the nicest game pieces I've ever come across. We were especially surprised at how heavy they are... very solid weight to them. Great details, and a perfect upgrade to the game.

Much like the other game upgrades, these add an additional dimension to the game play.Let's face it, if you play the game more than a few times, you're going to enjoy using these resource tokens.

The resources look fantastic, but they feel even better. The wood and food feel like painted wood. The metal feels like painted metal. The oil drums feel like heavy plastic. The resources take up a little more space than I expected. It fits real well in the two compartments from broken token, but if you’re using something else (bowls or ziplock bags) you may have trouble with the size of the resources. Overall, well worth the money! It gives the game just as much of a tangible feel as the metal coins did.

Love all 4 of these components, the iron ingots are my absolute favorite and are for sure the top of the bunch.Would have been neat if the oil drums were a metal as well but they are my next favorite in the Group.I'd have a hard time deciding between a tie on the food tokens versus the wood tokens. While they are both great and add that perfect table presence and tactile feel that makes games of Scythe even more epic, they both are just average, certainly good, but not as good as the other two.We've found we only need one set, if you keep the cardboard tokens from your originals and someone isn't resource hogging for any particular reason we've played games of 6 no problems running out.Love these and would absolutely recommend.

If you have Scythe, this is such a nice addition. The feel is high quality and definitely makes the tactile sensation of the game much more exciting. It may seem silly but trust me it’s a big difference having iron made of metal that’s surprisingly weighty rather than the little wood tokens.
