Does its job cutting Stainless steel tubing
I got this to cut Stainless Steel tubing with it. NO problem with a 1/8 " tubing. I suspect that it can handle bigger.

Does the job it was engineered to perform.
When even the small 3-inch angle grinder is too big and a mini hacksaw won't get the job done it's time for the Dremel to come from its case to accomplish the cutting task. The EX506HP 1.5-inch metal cutting wheel, although a little pricey, cuts through most metals with ease. When other power tools are too large to get into that tight space this cutting disk does what's needed.Thick enough to keep its shape while thin enough for precise cutting. If you own a Dremel 4000 Series rotary tool this is one cutting wheel to keep on hand.Ours has been used on several occasions and is still in fine shape and cutting through metal as needed. eded a solid metal cutting wheel

Very o
Very durable and long lasting. However, these cutting wheels don't seem to cut as quickly as other Dremel wheels. But again, they last an incredibly long time.

CBN, hottod diamonds are amazing!
This is your real solution to abrasive cut off wheels. I recently put cbn wheels on a bench grinder and omg they cut so much better. Not cheap, i think more exp that diamond tools. But they cut metal far better than diamonds. The only thing that compares to cbn, is 3m cubitron3. Those are also FN exp for grinding wheels.Just dont drop your tool with this wheel since its so exp. This has made my rotary tool my goto for small metal cutting. Before id try to use my 3in cutoff or a grinder.

Strong
i had to use this blade to cut a cast iron block on my dodge, and it cut through it like it was nothing, these blades got the job done 4x as fast as the other blades I was using. Cut like butter, very good

Disappointed
Maybe I am doing something wrong, but this disk does not cut very well. Better buy a dozen of regular fiberglass disks for the same price

Cut thru hardened steel like butter!
The combination to my heavy duty programmable Masterlock no longer worked. I tried a couple steel cutting dremel bits that came included in the bit set, but they both shattered. I almost bought an angle grinder, but really only needed to use it once and am lacking space. I found this alternative cutting bit after some online searching. It cut through the thick steel in about 30 seconds. The bit is still in new condition and I'll be able to use it many more times if needed. I think I paid $20, but it's value is far more. Highly recommended for cutting any kind of metal!
